Had an oil change done here today. Was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Very fast service. The entire staff was super friendly, polite, and professional. And to top it off they even fixed a few missing screws that were missing free of charge. I would 100% recommend this location/staff to anyone. 10/10 experience.

Great experience! I was pressed for time needing an oil change before work and they got me in and out with time to spare. Byron got me sorted and was very friendly and personable, and... I mean, what else do you need to know? It was a very straightforward transaction. No muss, no fuss. 👍

Yes, they are fast. So fast in fact, you're better off going to your local mechanic. I'll explain. Special shout-out to Byron, who quickly upsold me on the fuel injection service for my old car, and then pressured me to commit right away, even though nobody was in line behind me. Two minutes later, I remembered that I only came for my routine oil change and reconsidered. When I went to tell Byron I changed my mind, he told me I had already had my chance and that the service was underway. I had come for a simple oil change, which I expected to be around $100, and left 15 minutes later having paid $311. At least Byron probably got a little commission from that upcharge, while the rest went to corporate in Houston. Now I have to tell my family I got conned. I have been to this Jiffy Lube several times and each experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I went in November for an oil change, and sat there for two hours before approaching the counter and asking what was taking so long. An employee asked if nobody had spoken to me yet, and then proceeded to get someone else to tell me that the technicians working on my car had knocked something during the oil change and that they were supposed to come talk to me. I then waited another twenty minutes or so until I was able to speak to a manager, who said they did not have the parts to fix it, and so were sending an employee to various auto parts stores to find it, and then ultimately the Chevy dealership. All told, I was there for three hours. I received a call from Jiffy Lube customer service and they offered me a voucher for a free oil change, but I never received one. Today, I attempted to go to Valvoline instead for my next oil change. They informed me they were unable to actually perform an oil change due to the way the cap/lid was replaced during my previous oil change - they were not able to remove it. Came in with my company truck at 8:35am. No one came to talk to me or check me in... so I left the keys in it and went to the waiting room. Staff did pull the truck in and opened the hood and I guess were doing some work to it. At 9:00 give or take a couple minutes I was asked how I was paying.. thats it. Still not asked what work I wanted done. 9:13, they have completed service and explained what they have completed. Luckily what they did is all I wanted. But I did want my tires rotated. the technician went to open the ticket again and was told by the manager that the lift could not handle my truck and they need to repair their lifts. So I paid for my completed service and left. I have no doubt that they completed the work and do their best to give the best service they can. But before any work get done to a vehicle they should be confirming with the customer so there is no confusion.
